Documentary about the first Cambodian metal band to be invited to the world's biggest and most important metal music festival, the Wacken Open Air, and also the first Cambodian band to gain international popularity in its kind.
The boys of Doch Chkae are young orphans from the slums of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. They have already been invited to play at the W.O.A. festival in 2018. Unfortunately, their visa were denied and the band found themselves in turmoil. That they would get through it all was not a given. But they made it. In the summer of 2019, the teenagers, who usually only play in front of a few people, made their way to Germany, where they rocked the stage in front of thousands of people.
